Blogging is so passe

So I am finally getting around to starting a blog. I never really wanted to become a blogger. Why? Because I’m either a) too cool or b) so not cool. I don’t consider myself all that interesting for one. I’m sure there are those that feel I’m an interesting guy, but let’s face it, I have little to share. In addition, I didn’t want to jump on the bandwagon. You know, start a blog just to be part of the “in” crowd.

Think about it… every computer literate geek I know has their own blog, and what does it get them? How many people actually visit their blogs? Ok, I must admit that I read several friends blogs and follow several technology blogs as well. And now here I am, joining the ranks of bloggers.

In reality, I have only a few ideas of what I’d like to share through the blog. I’m not even sure what the focus should be. Technology? Gadgets (I just got a 56″ HD TV recently)? Life in general (mine isn’t too exceptional)? So I figure we will travel together and discover the path (and focus) of the blog together. And by “we”, I mean, myself and probably my wife as I read this to here. Hopefully, “we” will include more individuals soon.

And here we go….
